I'm just about to move 8 in two cabinets to the Isle of Man. Got my visitors permit yesterday, thanks IOM FLD :-)))Ten that require licenses. Have you any idea how much of a ball.... it is to move ten guns and three cabinets?! I do; I just did it yesterday. 🙂
Just got to inform the Steam Packet Company and jump through some hoops with them in order to transport them.

Lots of dodgy stuff out there. I was interested in a boat on boatsandoutboards which seemed to be a fantastic deal. Messaged several times but no reply, then the ad disappeared. Maybe a lucky escape, if it looks too good to be true....!The one off the bay was wanting 50% up front, should of realized it was dodgy when i kept messaging him to say i would drive down and collect.However they kept demanding that i needed to pay 50% (£3k)before traveling down.Any how i told them i would need to see the boat 1st and pay/collect that day.All went dead and never heard another thing.
Ended up buying form Highlander boats, went to view it, picked my colour/trim/trailer/motor ect, paid deposit and collecting April 2017

They may well have ceased trading, a lot of these smaller builders have. I might try the world sea fishing forum, I just thought that there might be someone local in here who knows/knew of them.Have you tried companies house? May well no longer be in business. Fishing/boat forum may be a better bet......

I bought it off eBay but second hand from a private individual.Is this the one that advertises on ebay?Company that nearly ripped me off was in Newark.I ended up buying from Highlander boats.

Contacting the national association is always a good way to get data like that, they are usually very friendly and very enthusiastic.
Only problem is mine's a motorboat! I don't think the Seahawk pictured would take kindly to 60 ponies on the back...

A bit of a long shot but does anyone know of a boat building company called Custom Mouldings who were based in Haverfordwest? I've just bought a Seahawk 17 which was built by them but the phone number I got from a web search belongs to a hair salon!!

Mickley Hall at Nantwich has undercover stands but unless you drive fast it'll take more than an hour!Morning all,
The forecast looks bleak for the next couple of day which won't see me laying any bricks in all probability, does anybody know of a clay ground within an hour of chesterfield, Derbyshire. Which has the facility to shoot clays under cover?

Apparently she came from a home with young children and lots of visiting kids and she was struggling to cope with the constant noise and mayhem. She started getting a bit 'sharp' with the kids so had to go.Gorgeous, do you mind me asking why she was re homed?

On previous renewals my forms stated that already declared/historic convictions weren't required.I though spent convictions have always needed to be declared.
I have a conditional discharge for a domestic with the wife's ex from before we were married in 1990. Trouble is I have no idea what year it was and no way of finding out - unless I ask the police...

I'll shortly be bowing out of this thread due to imminent move to the Isle of Man where there apparently aren't any squidgies.
