If napier gun cleaner has a built in oil, would there be any use for the napier gun oil? I notice on some videos people use both.

Anybody tried any of this? Apparently can get away without using a brush. Where do you guys get your napier products from, any cheap online sites?

Short and sweet, but thanks for the reply. I was well annoyed at myself, didn't think I had been putting it properly and had scratched the barrels.

Afternoon, Just a quick question. On my shotgun that has had not a great deal of use has got some rubbing on the bluing where the fore grip goes into the barrels. Is this normal?

Hi, My friend has got a shotgun which is quite old and had a few Marks on the barrels. Hi, When I bought my first gun, I also picked up a GMK alloy rod cleaning kit. I try and be pretty careful when using it, but occasionally when the rod is going down the barrel I catch the side of the the barrel with the rod. I'm just worried that being alloy I may Mark the barrel. Should this be fine or am I better off getting some wooden rods?

Ahh ok. I must be missing one then, don't have the 1/2 mod choke. Would you say this is needed? Can you pick them up?

Many thanks for the such quick replies. I have just started lessons, sorting out my gun mount and my eye issues. Haha. Exactly how you said it is how the gun came. Had imp cyl in top and cyl in bottom. I saw one user say that theirs didn't come with the cyl but came with the mod, which mine didn't. Wanted to make sure I didn't need that one rather then the cyl. Should I have had a mod 1/2?

Hi there, I am new to here and to shooting so please be kind. I have just bought my first shotgun which is a second hand browning b525. The chokes that came with it is a: Full, imp cyl, imp mod, and a cyl. Are these the chokes that would of come standard with the gun when new?
