    I enjoy clay shooting at present, with a view to hopefully finding some permissions, or someone kind enough to let me join them!
    My local clay ground is Atkin Grant and Lang, where I try to visit at least every 2 weeks with my friend Bruce.
    I'm also a member of Springview range over in Toddington which I have only recently joined. I'm hoping to gain my FAC after a time, and in the future, like with the shotgun, be able to use it over somebody's land for rabbits.

    Aside from shooting, All be it some time since I've been, I enjoy scuba diving both in this country and abroad. I play guitar, again not very often! I like rock and metal. I'm a real foodie, and enjoy the wine to go with it! Me and the Misses both love eating out whenever we get the opportunity. My personal favourite is Vietnamese.
    I have a 2 year old girl who is my world and love spending time with. It's hard going but very rewarding. A lot of my time is spent doing family things, and so my hobbies understandably come second theses days!

    Thank you Mick. Can't say or won't say Terry?! ha! Me and my girlfriend had a lesson with Wayne just before our little one came along about 3 years ago. He was very good, I liked his style, straight to the point! If I took one thing away from that lesson it was- "take your eyes of that ******* bead!" Truth is I'm open to anyone giving me a lesson if I feel I can learn something useful and put it into practice. Is the A1 back up and running now? What would you charge for a one on one lesson?

    Thank you everybody for the warm welcome. Wild garden parties has my name all over it! Terry, I'm fairly sure we've had a chat in the past, assuming you are who I think you are! As it happens, I'm contemplating getting a few lessons fairly soonish, I was going to probably give the guys at AGL a go, however I could be swayed! Question is- who's the better coach? You or Wayne...

    Hello everybody, My name is Ben. I'm born and bred in Stevenage, although I try to escape as often as funds will allow! I'm an outdoor person, and will get out and about as often as I can. I've held my SGC for years, but for one reason or another never really pursued any serious commitment to shooting going just once or twice a year! That is until the last year or so, I've found a real love for it, and I try and get out at least every 2 weeks. I'm not up to much, but practice makes perfect as they say! I go to both A1 and AGL with my pal, as they seem to be the most local. I stumbled on this site by pure chance, and it looks to be a really good way of connecting with likeminded people. I would love to get involved as much as possible with the local shooting scene, whatever that may involve, meet some like minded people. I don't mind getting stuck in. I've put a bit more info on my profile if anyone is interested! Look forward to some feedback!
