Any ideas how to make the stock on my howa1500 more firm and free floating have thought of changing rifle but wonder if there is a better option

If I sell my .243 how do I get new.243 on my certificate

I had no joy with Winchester 42gr as did not cycle well going in so tried 40 gr cycled well but grouping not good do might try eley PS I have checked scope mounts ect

.22lr cz452 what make of sub Sonic's are people finding most accurate

Any one having troubles cycling these though cz bolt action
