I was there on Saturday…. Hence looking for a new gun, they had the ATA pro there but wasn’t happy with the action hard work to cock it, I know it’s new but bloody hell. Going to Eastern sporting Tuesday and Mallard Barn Wednesday as they have more in my budget 👍 Just had a Quick Look definitely an option… thanks 👍

Hello all, so I’m upgrading my Bettinsoli as it doesn’t really suit me and after a chat in our local gun shop it was decided that the gun doesn’t really fit and needs a fair bit of stock work. My budget for a replacement is around £1300 most of my shooting is clay with a bit of game I have had a look at an ATA pro which fitted me a lot better and felt a lot more comfortable but then I’m not sure on how it would be after a few years as most of the reviews always end with a great starter gun ! I have found a few nice Brownings 525s/725s Beretta Silver pigeons in my budget which although old feel nice. So thought on new ATA or a nice second hand (I feel I may know how this will go but hopefully someone that has an ATA for while may chip in)?

Bettinsoli Diamond in great condition very few marks on stock not broken finish just minimal bruises barrels in nice clean condition always cleaned and treated before storage. The gun had an issue a few years ago when a sear snapped both were replaced by local gun shop KD Radcliffe. Since then never missed a beat. The only reason for sale is wanting an upgrade to a new gun. This is a very clean and tidy gun with all chokes and original plastic case. please pm for more pictures £380 ono

I’ve got a 2012 magnum and if read my post I seem to have a different type of smart valve which doesn’t need that o ring. I have used mine on 28g shot about 300shells through it and it has only jammed twice, gave it a major clean and lube up used a light engine oil on cartridge tube it cycles with no issue now! below is a link to the type of valve I have and there is no place to fit an o ring. http://www.airgunspares.com/store/product/21535/Hatsan-Smart-Valve-Piston-3.5"/ good luck

Thought I just give an update, took it out for a shoot at the clay ground.......thought I bought a right pup and only good for a walking stick jammed and missed fired on the first 10 shots or so.....son wasn’t impressed! Persevered with it then after a few more it seemed to loosen up and the next 100 didn’t miss a beat...£150 seems to worth it after all. Been pigeon shooting and it’s been great. It’s now had a major clean and cycles perfect. For an introduction to a semi worth the money. Still not found any info weather it should have an Oring.. its going out for a clay busting session next week so hopefully won’t misbehave..😁😁 How do I get in touch with John?.

Hello, new to this forum and recently started shooting with my son......Just clay bashing for now and really enjoy it.. it gives us some father and son time without him screaming at the bloody x box!!! we both shoot on the cheap and own a yildiz 20g o/u and a bettinsoli o/u cheap but so far been very good guns and starting to hit more than we miss😂 so we got offered a hatsan supreme Max 3.5 chamber had a read about them very mixed reviews but for the price I paid worth a punt! Yet to shoot it. I have given it a good strip down and clean as this seems to cause most of the problem.I am now trying to find info on this smart valve as many have spoken about an O ring ...mine does not have this!
