looking to get one to have a play with and there seems to be endless shapes and sizes out there, OTT or TTF

what did you guys start out with

There's plenty to choose from here - including original and look-alike Milbro's, so you can amaze your mates with your lovely new black thumbnail.

Lock down it’s called the need to be out.

That's probably as good an explanation as any.

The GF death has been recorded as homicide according to the ongoing news reports, but I'll be very surprised if the police officer concerned is found guilty.

  3. I'm still gobsmacked every time I see a video of the returning rocket. I can't help thinking that a landing at sea must be a risk, though. It looks like anything more than a mild swell could risk toppling the unit into the sea. Very impressive, though, all the same.

Going to be controversial here... I think airguns should be licensed, with licenses available for all ages. 25 years ago I had a BB gun, my brother and I were generally was quite sensible with them. Aged 11 I lent one to an eegit school friend. First thing he did was shoot our mutual friend in the back of the head, causing a welt. I took the gun back. Less than 10 mins 🙈

Would a licence have stopped him being an idiot?

Really? That is melodramatic bed wetting nonsense of the highest.

We’re all okay then with economic suicide based on the wrong expert evidence (etc) but some bloke driving to Durham is ‘the limit’.

The world has officially gone quite mad.

Melodramatic bed wetting? Really? Pathetic.

Did you actually read what I wrote, or did your PMS just get in the way? Boris Johnson should have sacked Cummings on the spot for IGNORING THE GOVERNMENTS OWN GUIDLINES ABOUT COVID 19 ***!

It strengthens the belief that there is one rule for the chosen few, and another for the rest of us. Or are you too stupid to see that?

Sorry but I disagree, I personally feel that Boris has backed up his good leadership and re-inforced all those old labour supporters that changed camp at the last General Election!

Boris has done very well up until this point, but I believe he has made a huge mistake over his support of Cummings. At least he has 5 years to recover from it.

  7. Boris has, in one fell swoop, destroyed all the goodwill that his party enjoyed at the last general election. He has also destroyed any semblance of trust that people might have had in his leadership. His defence of Cummings is beyond excuses, and the sooner he realises that the better.

It's just as well there's no chance of another election, because Boris would become the EX prime minister if there was. I have been a lifelong Tory, but I'm disgusted with the PM at this present point in time.

The only thing i would say is .also take a look at the lmbr  chrono These use infra red instead of radar .this means you can shoot through it at range (if your a good shot and make a sheild ) so you can work out down range energy and bc if you want .

Stu, I've noticed that this chrono will measure velocities up to 6500 fps. Have you tried it with any RF/CF rounds at all?

  9. The EU is sending a message to all the other EU countries - DO NOT TRY TO DESERT US! They are trying to put so many barriers in our way that we are supposed to just meekly accept, in order to keep us tied into their dictatorship.

Now that we have made the decision to leave the EU, that is exactly what we must do - with or without a trade agreement. If it means paying (realistic) tariffs to the EU then so be it ... we are already paying huge amounts of money to deal with the EU.

  10. I've had one for about 4 years. I've only ever used the strimmer/brush cutter and the hedge trimming accessories, and they do what they're supposed to do. I got mine from Aldi.

I change the plug every year, or whenever the old one packs in, and I've bought a couple of replacement carburettors - around £10 - £20 each.

It's not Stihl quality, but it's not Stihl price either.  :)
