This Order amends the Firearms Act 1968, the Firearms (Amendment) Act 1988 and the Firearms (Amendment) Act 1997 (“the Firearms Acts”).

The Order enables certain notices which are required to be sent to the chief officer of police under those Acts to be sent by an electronic communication where certain conditions are met.

The Order also enables a chief officer of police, the Secretary of State or Scottish Ministers to send a notice required or authorised by the Firearms Act 1968 using an electronic communication where certain conditions are met. The subject matter of the Firearms Acts is a reserved matter under the Scotland Act 1998, but certain functions under the Firearms Acts, some of which involve the giving of notices, were transferred to Scottish Ministers under the Scotland Act 1998 (Transfer of Functions to the Scottish Ministers etc) Order 1999

  4. Keg, re. KW. Please don't be so hard on him its not his fault he has the problems that he has. It can't be easy for him, living on the wrong side of the river. And yet for all his problems he still manages to support the right team.

if your mp had some of the same problems the country might get this one sorted out.

  5. but its not just about abuse is it.

people constantly refuse to see that there is a particular problem with Asian GANGS Abusing grooming and raping young white girls.

not single asian men, russian men, chinese men, or the man in the moon raping boys and girls.

  6. No Worries K.

but where did i say all asian men.

asian gangs grooming and abusing white girls is what i am on about.

The last white rapist trial report stated that part of the defendants defence was that he was "a victim of circumstance" - there's an crock of an excuse if ever I heard one - how can being poor or from a broken home automatically make you bad???

try to remember asian gangs abusing white girls is what being discussed.

  7. Markbivvy, you have plenty to say about Asian gangs abusing white girls, but you say nothing about white sex rings abusing small boys. Why?...is it because sex abuse offends you or is it all to do with skin colour.

all sex abuse is abhorrent to me.

this particular post is about asian gangs raping and abusing white girls.

if you had been on here a bit longer we did catholic priest sex offenders not so long ago.

as for the vailed insinuations, crack on.
