sorry i forgot, if you have a air-gun under 12ft lbs in GB you dont need a cert for it.. all firearms. ie all air-rifles, shotguns, rimfire, centrefire rifles, and handguns, you need a full FAC in the north of ireland

Hi there,, you"ll need a euro firearms pass ,its free from your police firearms HQ.. also you will need a south of ireland firearms cert, this comes yearly and you get it from the garda.. its no big deal.. i get it every year for the pigeon shooting, am up in the north of ireland... :unsure:

Where does it say in my link that Anschutz is s##t. and there triggers are too heavy? i own a new Anschutz .17 HMR with the 64 match trigger and is one hell of a gun... ... Am looking for a new top class centrefire in 222.. for fox control.. i have a Weihrauch HW 66 in 222 and i dont like it..

Cheers Oly, I'll check them out. Regarding the scope, I bought it online from the US IOR/Valdada website and had it shipped to my mates house in the US. Mrs Browning then collected it and carried it back for me on a business trip. All in all I paid approx $1100 for the scope, 35 mm rings and a picatinny rail. Hi there. i have two valdada technical 8x56 scopes..$1200 each i to bought them from a dealer in the USA. and got them shipped to northern ireland.. got a very big inport tax bill.. But they are by far the best scope money can buy..
