  1. Not been out for 3 weeks on the crows. My nephew had seen some on 1 of my farms yesterday on the way to work. Thought i'd give them a bash today. Set alarm for 5.30 but the bed was to warm to get out of. finally got up at 6.30. Feed the dogs etc and left for 20 minutes drive to farm. Arrived at about 7.30 ish about 30 mixed crows on the field new i should have got my backside out of bed earlier. Set up hide out with 15 or so decoys nothing much flying about. After about 1/2 hour first crow came and was shot a nice left to right. They came in slowly in ones over the next few hours, got some nice shooting l to r r to l from behind and some nice high over head shots. 1 big carrion came flying from right to left just out of shooting range 5 times, thought i'm going to get this 1 if i stay all day. Decide to out fox the devil went out and put 2 dead crows on their backs wings spread to the front of decoys 1 20 yards in front and other 10 yard behind and closer to decoys. He did come back seen the first then headed closer in then other dead 1 and then came into range big mistake bang no 6 trust folded him up nicely about 40y out and 30y or so high R to L . out foxed by mr eccles Ended on 21 crows and a couple of feral pigeons. 18 in photo 3 dropping over the blackthorn hedge and i was to lazy to walk round to get them.
