  1. Had a ride round yesterday looking at farms to see what was on the crops. After doing just under 80 miles i found a few on a pea field and decided to have a go at it today. I got there this morning and it was a bit quiet on the field but while i was putting out scarers to keep them off one end of the field a few started to show on the field at the far side. I thought it might be a decent day so i gave Stuart a ring.He was on his way to one of his perms near me so i told him about the birds about and to come and join me for the day. It was about 600 yards to where the birds were dropping to feed so i had to use the barrow to transport all the gear to where we would be shooting. We had another steady day and managed to pick up 71 pigeons when we were finished for the day. Had to make two trips with the barrow to get all the gear and pigeons back to the trucks. But another good day out on the peas and a good workout for Stuart pushing the barrow.
