Out yesterday on crows using auritech ear plugs, which are very good and very comfortable. At end of play took left one out with a little struggle, but could not get right one out. It seemed too far in and nothing to grip on. No doubt the ear was sweaty, and I might add I clean my ears with cotton buds ( know I should not ) to get rid of excess wax, on the theory of not compacting it while inserting plugs. I did try gently prising it out gently with a Yale key in the field, but ended up having to tweezers it out at home.
