  1. Went out last night to have a look at the pea fields as i had been told the pigeons had started on them. When i got there i saw a lot of pigeons around so i watched them for quite a while and decided to have a go today. Got to the fields at 0630 and there were a few on feeding but on watching for a while there was not the same amount around as yesterday. Got set up and had a few coming but i think they had gone elsewhere today. I could hear someone else shooting a few fields away and they were banging away with the shotgun and must have been where the pigeons where. Then the farmer rings and tells me he is putting bangers on field tomorrow. Bit of a blow as i am having another go on Saturday and Monday. Just hoping there is still a few about. Anyway ended up with 24 pigeons and 1 crow.
