Many thanks to F A Anderson of East Grinstead. Excellent service from them including holding onto a gun for me without a deposit, and even paying for my parking whilst I collected it as i turned up with no cash. Having heard some bad comments regarding response times was pleasantly surprised to get a phone call this morning. Took one month from me writing in to have conditions removed, which I think is good service.

I managed to lose one of the turret caps off my Weaver Tactical scope, doh! I emailed Weaver's customer service in the USA and they sent me a complete set of turrets and caps, free of charge! It even cost them $12.75 to post them out to me. Credit where it's due as customer service doesn't get much better than that. Well done Weaver!

I had recomendations from several shooting mates and decided to order a choke from this firm from Newcastle. I looked at their webpage and called them after lunchtime on Friday the 22nd of March. I spoke with a very friendly chap and ordered the Full Choke for my Hatsan Escort. £30:00 for the choke and £1:85 for first Class Signed for Postage and Packing. The choke arrived this morning only 19 hours after being ordered. That's service of a quality I had forgotten about. Well done MANDEL CHOKES I'll report back when I've got out and shot some cartridges through it!
