    As we often hear of poor service from some police firearms sections, I thought I'd share my positive experience with Northumbria Police in renewing my shotgun certificate. I sent my renewal forms last Friday, had a friendly, common sense telephone interview on Tuesday and my new certificate arrived with the post this morning. An 8 day turn around - pretty impressive I reckon. Well chuffed
