  1. After another text from Farmer giles, my services were in need again. After the other week i thought the job had been done after shooting a couple of fox's,but there you go as we all know there are others that quickly move in on the vacated area's,and being as there's a few hundred acres next door fenced of with all the high tech gizmo's you could imagine to keep all the rabbit and fox population fairly safe :yp: ( i know nobody controls either) Anyway the text "just seen another fox in the back field" Ok be there later Rifle sorted, caller sorted (Altec Ipod player) cans of pop, lamps and out at 20.00. At the farm quick chat with the farmer, sorted out some nice lamb for the freezer which i will be butchering next week ,then get myself sorted on the silage bails, not before putting the caller out on a hay bail about 50 yds in front of me. Switch on,a quick climb up on the bails (3 high) and wait. Not long before i spot a pair of eyes about 190 yds in the far corner coming in,i loose it through the trees, thinking its got to be about somewere i lay off the lamp for a couple of minutes see if its coming in to the call, lamp back on its sniffing the bail that the callers on,it runs off back to about 90yds to a tree line, stops, turns side on,just enough time for a shot, jobs a good un . Can open well deserved drink (Tango) i decide to hang on for a bit,too early to go home yet its was only 21.50, have another flick round with the lamp about 15minutes later and clock another one coming straight in this time, not bothered about the lamp, i gave it a grunt to stop it then gave it a 55grn nosler for its last supper. Well happy wrapped up and a pint on the way home picture,s on the rubbish side poss due to the phone being left out in the rain a few weeks back
