So first day on new permission and weather very warm and dry and plenty of pigeons back and forth all day. 93 woodies for 120 cartridges... Was not looking at shooting this many and typical only had 120 cartridges with me, could have easily shot another 150 cartridges. 4 hours of non stop shooting and missed at least 10 woodies that sneaked in low under the radar, along uncut wheat... Little *******.... One pigeon magnet, one hypa flap decoy, x 6 FUDS and one Crow decoy used. best part of all , the farmer watched us for two hours and he was well happy and smiling... (hopefully not at me missing easy decoying birds coming in to land ) .. ... My son hit 5 woodies for 7 .410 cartridges well happy and made up for him lee.
