  1. While out walking the dogs this morning I noticed some pigeon activity on a local osr field, they haven't been on that long or so I thought .Back home to get the gear and back to the field where 200 ish got up,drove round the back of the the wood to the entrance but it was to boggy. So I packed minimum gear and set off on a long walk to the edge of the wood. There was a slight westerly breeze coming from behind so set up on the corner of the wood. This is where I notice some bare patches caused by the pigeons,so I put 12 fuds in a random bunch and the rotary about 50yds out(no birds on it yet) First 6 shots for nothing as they would not come in to well then a left and a right and 2 for the rotary, this made all the difference as they decoyed perfectly after that.Steady shooting for a couple of hours then the battery went flat and so did the shooting,I had kept adding the birds to the pattern but they weren't interested.without the rotary. So after 2 1/2 hours I packed up and carried most of the gear and birds back to the car, went home for a dog and back to collect the rest and pick up those that had gone into the woods. 36 in the photo with 7 more in the woods so a total of 43 for 67 shots of 29g 6s Atb Fielddweller
