  1. Hi Guys At last Pigeons were on our Peas its not quite flowering yet but they after them alright..... Set up the hide alongside a shady ditch near some Oaks with the rotary with Hypa flaps and half a dozen shells set out 35 yards in front, wind coming from behind so it was perfect. Strangely the birds were quite flighty and veered off the rotary so changed tactics and added two dead birds instant change the birds started flying toward it spot on now things are starting to change. Pigeons started dropped in steadily during the afternoon, some quiet spells and some frantic! After 3 hours picked up 30 and then the dog found another 2 flapping around the ditch on the way back down the field Great afternoon in all with some good shooting and a nice sunny dry day cant be bad, not what the weather guys predicted at all thankfully this time !!!! Hopefully a few more next weekend
