  1. Normally this time of year if cereals are being grown behind my garden sooner or later the pigeon start taking an interest and can often be seen sitting on the wires that run across the field just behind my fence. I have started to notice a few this week so it was high time the Hw 97kt had some work. I managed four this evening between watching the telly and having a cuppa all taken with my favourite head / neck shots It is not unknown for me to shoot 30 odd in a week like this if they start showing in numbers , I do not keep any records but the pigeon my Hw has accounted for must run well into the 100s .
