As per the title my trusty wagon is off to the exporters on Monday so I had a last ride around for a fox. Here are my results for the evening A vixen came out of a hedge using my tenerfield whistle then stopped and just looked despite some soft hand call she would not move. A long front on shot off the sticks was needed. Right on the money at 188 yards... Second fox found me close to home, this dog fox was in a garden looking to see if any of the duck and chickens had not been shut away. It took a while to coax him out because he wanted to hug the tree line and only would stop too look for a couple of seconds at a time. I put the gun a little in front and waited for my chance, second long shot at 216 but he did move about 2 yards..
