    Hi, Just got my FAC through a couple of weeks ago and picked up a Remington 597 semi-auto .22lr it has come with a Simmons 3-9X40 scope, Im looking to shoot rabbits with it mainly, and I believe an illuminated reticle is best at low light/dark, while lamping is that a fair assumption??? Also when looking at other scopes what sort of specifications are essentials??? I haven't got loads to spend on a scope but want to make sure I do get the best value scope I can afford. cheers
