    I have acquired a set of these ear defenders but am surprised at the amount of background hiss there is on the top 3 levels of amplification. I have never noticed this on sets of much cheaper electronic defenders that I have borrowed in the past. Can anyone else who owns a set of these tell me if this is normal or have I got a faulty set?
