I bought an NS50 upgrade camera from Joe Betty @ Night-Scout but its stopped working within 12 months so I was just trying to contact them to sort it out.
Unfortunately it seems he has stopped tradiing for personal reasons but states on the web-site that he will stand by all guarantees. (good man)
However, I have been trying to contact him through the web-site email address & Night-Scout facebook messaging and haven't had a reply.
Does anyone have contact with Joe Betty or have a more surefire way of getting a message through?
