hi gents, my van is playing up a bit and I could do with some advice please, the problem is when I turn the key the engine gives a double blip on the throttle, it revs up to around 2k and then calms down, it's like I've got my foot caught on the throttle[i haven't by the way]. it doesn't do it all the time but enough to get my attention. before you all say it, yes I seem to have bought a bit of a pup, it's had oil and filter, air filter, and a middle and rear box fitted since the sale but hasn't solved the problem, what can I do to cure this new ball ache? cheers for any help, Paddy. edit, it's a 1.9 SDI
