  1. GL41 states: This licence allows an ‘authorised person’ to carry out activities in relation to certain species of ‘wild birds’, the ‘permitted target species’, for the purposes of preserving public health or public safety. However, it only mentions 'slips and falls' and 'spread of disease'. Does 'safety' only include 'slips and falls' or are attacks, if they don't lead to a slip or fall, included in the definition of safety? Could such attacks be included under 'safety' as they could foreseeably lead to a slip or fall? sport-preview-goose-chases-a-golfer.webp
  2. Apparently there are flocks of Ring Necked Parakeets around the Sheffield area? 30 - 50 in places. I wondered if anyone had seen any locally and where? I have no perms, despite trying, but other than pigeons, crows and magpies haven't seen any at all.
