I've just watched Kevin Sinfield complete his 7th marathon in 7 days, he has been running to raise money for the Motor Neurone Disease association on behalf of his former team mate Rob Burrow who at just 38 years old is suffering from this terrible disease.
We have all seen plenty of actions from various sportsmen lately we might not agree with, using their status to push agendas which at the same time raises their profiles.
Kevin couldn't be further from this, the idea of running 1 marathon terrifies me never mind doing 7 in 7 days, he set out to raise £77,777 in respect to Rob's number 7 and has gone over a million.
It takes an awful lot to get me to donate to a charity but just seeing Rob doing interviews or Kevin talking so humbly really brings a lump to my throat.
Take a look at the link and see how a Sportsman should act.
