  1. There seems to be a few about that have been granted an "open" fac licence for a sec 1 air rifle from the off. Then other who have Sec1 air/.22 rim/.17hmr all on a closed cert until the renewal (as I have), when mostly it seems to be opened. My questions are: Does anyone have or has had, an fac licence with the FAC air "open" and the remaining firearms on your cert restricted "closed?" As you have to (so I'm told by my feo) have a "primary" for a firearms cert to be issued, being given an "open" for sec 1 air does seem a bit contradictory? I know different forces have different ideas, but what's your experience?
