I've been lucky [?] to have eaten pigeon breast from 3 different counties,,,, Essex, Kent and Devon.
The difference in flavour was quite distinctive. Essex, the first I ever tasted, was nice.
Next I tried Kent pigeon,,,, very nice with a slightly finer flavour/taste.
Next was from Devon,,,, very nice indeed, with a slightly sweeter, refined flavour/taste.
The most I've eaten is obviously from Kent, but my favourite of the three is from Devon.
Has anyone else eaten pigeon from different counties/areas and noticed the difference in flavour ?
