wacker
Hi, i shot my new annie .22rf on friday - the question is this; It does seem very stiff to operate the bolt when cycling ammo. Could this be just because it's new and should loosen up with use ? It is slick when theres no rounds in it.
vmobiler1
Hi, what ammo are you using? Altho mine is a Sako not Anshutz I find that CCI`s are very tight and makes my bolt stiff to use, I`d try different types of ammo . . . just a thought. Baldrick
My Anschutz 1417 is fairly stiff to operate. You just have to cycle the bolt fairly forcefully. Also, don't load the mag to capacity (I only load my 10-shot mags with 9 rounds each, to improve the feeding). Adjusting the angle of the magazine lips may improve things, but that's a more involved job.
wacker
Was using cci mainly - i found that out regarding the mag only to load with 9, as 10 wouldn't feed into the chamber.
