spartan80
I'm going to be lamping for foxes at a large free range chicken farm with a huge fox problem. It shouldnt be a problem getting within shotgun range as the farmer is seeing them right up against the fences every night. I'm looking into buying a new lamp, probably the clulight clubman or a lightforce, but then i came across this.... (see link and watch the video at the bottom) http://thetorchsite.co.uk/TerraLUX_TLE-300M.html ....it's a high power LED conversion kit for a maglite torch. Do you think it's bright enough? A new maglite will cost £20, this kit is £46, total cost = £66 (plus batteries of course) You can also get a maglite accessory kit from ebay which has a red filter for approx £7 I was thinking it looks fairly bright, batteries will last 1-2 hours continuous, spare D cell batteries are small enough to put in your pocket too. Any opinions? Cheers
Hezbear
It looks like it would work mate, the cluson lazerlite is also worth considering mate £85 for the full kit, lamp, battery and charger http://www.wighillparkguns.co.uk/products/...l.asp?prod=1914
