claybreaker
what is the best way to clean a webly .410 due to the fact the barrel cant be removed?
henry c
open bolt and hold trigger down, then slide the bolt out of the action, give it a good oil and wipe with WD40 or gun lube, get someone to hold it apart on the spring to clean the body of the firing pin. now give the action a good spray and clean with WD40, and wipe it down. then clean the barrel as you would with any other gun, with a cleaning rod! every so often i unscrew the barrel to clean it properly, and oil the ejector bars. Hope this helps?! Henry
LeeH
I like boresnake for speed, but you can't beat bronze brush & mop for that deep clean. Had a .410 Webley for a while, nice gun for bimbling round the shoot when feeding the birds. Bit of an acquired taste for clays though! Got a Baikal now, like it a lot.
