Silencer questions

Is it worth getting a silencer for the hw90 .22 it doesnt have any screw type barrell so it would have to be a push on type,does anyone know if i can get one without spending the world and would it make any difference,dont like buying stuff just for the sake of it.if it did push the sound back then yea............

it should make a difference and weihrauch do very good silencers.

if you have a good gunshop near you ask them if they would let you try a few out if you took your gun in

(dry fire in store with different mods)

Hiya, I have an HW90 too, fitted with a Theoben silencer...I took it off recently to see what it was like without it...it does a good job, lots quieter...BTW, I've just bought an HW80, which the previous owner had the barrel threaded to take a screw on silencer, cant you do that with the 90?? :blink:

yea you probs can but whats the point if you can get push on ones?:blink:?:good:???

 

 

Wellll, In my limited experience, the screw on silencers, one of which I have on my PCP are usually cheaper than perhaps a Bisley or a Theoben, or even a Weirauch, and I find, easier to fit...no fiddling with allen keys etc..

Anyway, have fun looking. :yes::good::oops:
