princejim
Not been shooting long just about 5 months and we, myself and my m8t are hitting about 50 to 60 out of 100, is this an average at this stage? We shoot at Doveridge and for first timers they have been great, everyone will give advice, help and they are so friendly it’s just a joy to shoot there. We shoot every Friday about 100 cartridges a time, should we shoot more to get better? What is the average that people shoot? Also they have just started their online shop http://georgebate.myshopify.com/?__utma=1....__utmk=31536062 Matt the shop manager is always there when we want advice on anything from shooting tips to which accessories are the best to buy. Great place can’t prays them enough.

The Essex Mafia can attest to that. You get out there and enjoy yourself lad, sounds to me like your doing well.
fancyacuppa
I Agree Princejim. Matt is very helpful at Doveridge, its a bonus that the whole place is easy going too. Good place to go & varied to boot. I myself have lierally just got into this 'sport' / 'bit of fun' / 'serious business' ............... what ever your angle, its good to mix it up with different classes of shooter, you never stop learning & i am keen listen & watch bigtime at the mo. Only been there twice thus far, but can't wait to get in there again & improve on my last outing......
