chris o Posted November 11, 2009 Report Share Posted November 11, 2009 hi all this is a follow on from the previos post about the springer i was getting. i picked him up yesterday and i named him mitch after a dog that my step-dad had when i lived at home he is slowly getting used to his lead he went the night with out soiling in the kitchen and when i got up this morning he went straight out and did his buisness so i am a really proud owner. when i can work out how to post pictures i will put some up of him. but does it matter if he comes from a shooting back ground or not? It will come naturally to your dog, my father had 2 springer house dogs, both were never ever hunted, house dogs around 3 year old, they turned out to be 2 off the best working dogs we ever owned.
