GP1 Posted November 24, 2009 Author Report Share Posted November 24, 2009 I used a jig saw to cut the hole, got some angle iron and migwelded the corners to make a square frame to fit inside the vehicle and done another frame to fit outside of the roof over the top of the angle iron frame that's sticking out of the roof , used a water tight sealant and put the frame inside then bolted to the roof body and do the same to the hatch. the roof rack was bought off ebay for £27 as a Landy 90 and i extended it to fit the 110 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
