suth82 Posted January 22, 2010 Report Share Posted January 22, 2010 (edited) Just had a fine brace of partridge, thought i would share my easy recipe. fill cavity with butter, clove of garlic, salt & pepper and wrap breasts with 3 rashers of unsmoked bacon, roast in 200degree oven for 30mins, remove bacon 10 mins before end to brown the skin.
