mr who?
I have for sale a hand made (not mass produced) ghilllie suit . The base of this jacket is a hooded windproof DPM smock , with several hundred strips of scrim , face veil , burlap etc hand sown into it , this takes much much longer to build the jacket , but makes for a much stronger garment when its finished . It also allows for extra local cam to be added when in the field , to add extra depth to the overall appearance . At a rough guess , I would say this project took around 50 man hours over the course of a month to finish , but is one of the best and toughest jackets that Ive made , It wont fall apart the first time it gets a bit of abuse , and can be built up even more should the owner so wish , its been treated with a firepfoofing agent , And Ill include a bag of scrim , face veil and burlap strips to help with running repairs etc... If you have ever used a ghillie suit in the field you will know how comfortable and snug you can be while laying in the prone position , Ive nodded off myself a few times . Ive also had deer feeding within 10 feet of me , and had people walk past me within touching distance and still not know I was there . As this is a true one off custom made jacket , Im asking £90 and would much perfer a face to face deal , but thats not a deal breaker . viewing the jacket is no problem , and photos on request . Im 5'10'' and 14.5 stone and of stocky build , and the jacket fits me fine . Please feel free to contact me on here if anybody has any further questions . Many thanks for reading guys . All the very best fellas . Andy .
