  1. Well done you mate, most helpful . Cheers VG. My Tikka T3 has about £3k spent on it, so now what?
  2. Gents, I'm just waiting on my FAC to be returned to me with a opened slot for a .243 and mod.I do in fact have a short (Ha! Short he say's!) list of rifles I'm currently looking at, all new. But am open to a well looked after second hand set up. The only things that are pretty much carved in stone are that it must be bolt action and screw cut, other than that I'm pretty much open to anything , any material and style of stock, blued or stainless, any maker but not in a rush to own another Remington 700 of Tikka T3 as I still have both.I have a rather nice scope and mounts ear marked for this rifle , but would be willing to consider a whole package IE rifle, mounts, scope, mod etc... If the right set up comes along.Budget? Really looking to spend about £400ish, but of course can always go a bit higher for the right gun. I'm in Portsmouth, but can travel, say 100 miles, to buy FTF, or can pay for transfer my end. Many thanks for reading, all the very best guys.Andy.

    Sword.

I have for sale a sword that I'm not sure where I got it from. Knowing me, it was probably thrown in with some other deal I was making.A beast of a thing, NOT a wall hanger or decorative piece. The blade have been a little beaten up where it's been used in I'm guessing some type of reenactment maybe? But this just adds to the overall character of it.A metre in length and 5kgs in weight, ridiculous well made and feels like you could smash down a wall with it!!Not idea what it's worth, so lets say £100?If (IF!!) and only if picked up in person , I'll include approximately 10 repo/wall hanger swords plus a few axes, pikes and maces etc... Basically everything thats now been confined to the garage.Could make a interesting car boot sale job lot?Photos can be sent to anyone seriously interested.Take care and stay safe guys.Andy.
  5. Gents . I am currently on the 5th stock for my 700 , and I'm rather hoping this is the end of my "Remington stock dance" . Anyway , this is a "Mountain" type , I believe that this means it is slightly slimmer in the fore end , but not claiming to be an expert here guys I think that's about the only difference as far as I can tell. It's still broad enough to support a bipod though. In all honestly, I've only owned this stock for a few days , brought it , then a few days later I found something else that took my fancy (Fussy? Who Sir? Me Sir?). I fitted it and used it once, and found it to be superb . In excellent condition but of course comes with a few dins and bangs you would expect from a work horse of a stock. When she turned up with me I gave her a complete clean and reconditioned the wood work , and even if I say so myself, the grains lovely and the photos don't it her justice. I'll include a black stock mounted ammo/accessories holder pouch. And sling points , QD sling swivels and a rather nice Butler Creek sling. I paid £90 for this stock , and I honestly believe I under paid at the time . I'm asking £80 , this includes all the above bits and recorded postage out to you. Please feel free to contact me if anyone requires any further information or photos. Thanks for reading guys. Take care and stay safe Gents. Andy.
  6. Hi mate , quite interested in this. I'm guessing that this is used to get you close to being in the black, but would still require a few shots to fine tune? Andy.
  7. Photos should be with you now mate.
  8. I have for sale a Browning Parka in realtree . Brought in the states a few years ago , size is 3XL but I normally wear a XL or 2XL and it fits me fine.Really well designed and made, has adjustable cuffs , a detachable hood with built in peak , left hand bellows pocket has a built in shotgun shell holder , the right hand bellows pocket has a rifle ammo , both RF and CF , ammo holder .This is really really warm , so warm that I've only worn it a handful of times in this country as it just doesn't get cold enough for me to warrant actually going out in it. I've spent most of my time wearing it in the spare room, admiring myself in the mirror, saying "This is so nice" etc....So bearing that in mind , all buttons and zips are of course in perfect working order , no rips or tears , not faded and in 100% new condition, minus tags. Please feel free to contact me should anyone require any more information or photos etc? Photos can be sent via text, WhatsApp or and a last resort, email. Asking price is just £75 , and this includes recorded postage out to you. Comes from a smoke free home. Many thanks for reading .Take care and stay safe guys .Andy.

  10. PRICE DROP! Now asking just £175 for EVERYTHING listed above guys.
  11. Hi Iain. I texted you back to say that the stock has a tapered barrel channel, so I'm guessing it's unsuitable for a Varmint barrel. Hope this helps. Andy.
