enniskillen
U'll find with a pump action u have to lower the gun to reload after each shot and this can put you off and slow u down. Get a semi,a lot faster to reload and wont put u off. I use a 3" chambered beretta o/u for the geese, works well.
pluckers son
cheers mate just as i thought pumping and shooting would be hard i think might go for a semi auto 3 shot 3" magnum if i can get one for cheap.
Browning GTS
With practise you can load a pump in no time, take it to the clay ground a few times to biuld up your speed. A few weeks ago i brought a new Escort Fieldhunter in black five chokes for £220. I find i now use this gun all the time and the o/u stays in the safe
the last engineer
As Browning says , nothing wrong with a pump a little practice goes a long way, i've watched an old boy who shot for Canada here with an old winney model 12 pump 2 through at the pair as fast if not faster than any auto i've seen.
