starlight32
can you reload shotgun cartridges with just a sgc or do you need anohter kind of licence for buying the powders etc....? thanks You only need additional licensing if you intend to store black powder for reloading purposes. This is relatively hassle free, it is dealt with by the HSE and merely an application for with no cost involved and lasts for 10 years I believe. As for other shooters powders there is an upper limit but this is for safety of storage. I am not sure on the quantities, but I believe it to be around 5kg but I may be incorrect.
