The original sad lad
With much sadness i find myself letting this rifle go, i just cant justify keep it as it never gets used. As far as i am aware its one of only 2 made . Its a howa 1500 stainless action .223 Christensen-arms 23 inch varmint carbon barrel. In a green hogue stock. right hand RIFLE ONLY WEIGHTS 4.2LBS FIRED A TOTAL OF 76 ROUNDS -Graphite barrel casing is 3-4 times stronger then steel -Graphite Barrel is 5-6 times stronger than steel so better accuracy -Graphite barrel casing is 100% weather proof increased durability -Graphite barrel lining is match grade 416r stainless steel, meaning better quality -Graphite increases barrel life by 25% -Graphite have zero thermal expansion not like steel barrels which expand and contract with temperature, which means far more accurate A well known gun-shop valued the rifle at 2 k for insurance purposes. £1500 Edited February 21, 2010 by The original sad lad
