dave84
I've read many posts about not shoot at big flocks, but whats the theroy in it? And what do you do next? I mean, you setup, sit down and (if your lucky) a large flock lands. They realise the new found friends on the ground are a bit static and the whole lot fly off. Do you shoot at them leaving? Or do you wait for the next bunch in the flight line to drop in, considering that they could also be in a large flock? Bring on the warmer weather and they finally split up. smig4373
They say if you take a early shot at a LARGE flock...They clear off wont come back to that field for the rest of the day...Your supposed to wait till they come back in smaller flocks.... bothbarrels
Make sure you place your hide under a flightline, that way you'll be able to intercept birds as they use these routes, heres a useful link from the BASC website, good luck mate!
