As long as the gun has a 24" smoothbored barrel and is either a single shot or is mag restrict to 3 shot it can be held legally on a shotgun certificate. These are very effective on rats and squirrels depending on the cartridges you use. By the look of this one it has had the pump mechanism welded back in place, the mag tube welded and the barrel smoothbored. If so legal on a shotgun certificate! I know I have two of these beauties plus a 9mm and they are brilliant! PS Dont even try to put a standard 22 bullet in it or you may well end up BLIND!
