James Pond
thanks for the reply. It just wont stand in the slightest breeze. The spikes are not up to it, and the guide ropes pull it over no matter how much you compensate. It is light and compact, is a goog colour and big enough, but slimsy and not substantial. Would rather have ond twice the weight and price. Will try to return it, but has been used once now, so they may not like that. Any suggestions for netting at 40 quid? I think i can get poles for 40 somewhere. Thanks again. Ps like the piccy.
benbaikal
if you want some cheap and light hide poles try useing some electric fence poles that they use at stables to section the fields off mine cost me two pound each .they got foot plates on them and good spikes all i did was cable tie the net to them then just roll it up when finished only down side they not adjustable but for eight pound for hide poles it worth a try
James Pond
hi, thanks for the cheap poles advice. Will have a look around the farm amoungst the riding junk. You are quiet right getting them in the groundm if it ever dries out is hard, these should do the job.
