Cookiemonsterandmerlin. Posted April 3, 2010 Report Share Posted April 3, 2010 After just drying out all my gear from yesterday set out lunch time bright with a nice cool wind. Just picked up a new small bit of permission where he got 30 acres of OSR during the snow the birds where wacking this field as it was quite high and stuck above the snow. One side is blessed with a mix of oak and ash trees which the birds sit in and the gwr railway line along side it. The birds where pulling over the railway line and turning back into the wind lovely for about 3 hours then it hissed down got soaking wet again . Pickup with 60 in the bag well chuffed luckly the missus is away so got all my gear in the front room drying out infront of the fire .
