Logun Mk1...is it time to change?

Hi Guys

I’ve been shooting a .22 Logun MK1 Pro for about 5 years and I must say it’s been a fantastic rifle. The bolt action is silky smooth, it is VERY accurate. I can honestly say there is nothing wrong with this gun…BUT, for some reason I want a change.

I am thinking of giving in to the pressure and changing to a .177 but there’s so much choice. Can anyone think of a suitable replacement for the Logun MK1 (don’t say the MK2…lol)? I’m after something that gives equal accuracy and is still a joy to shoot.

Also how much do you think I would get for a Logun MK1 in a trade in?

Thanks

Sam

The logun is a cracking rifle no doubt but i am more a .177 man myself,i have owned LOADS of rifles and now own a daystate x2 in .177,it is very accurate putting pellet on pellet at 30 yards, anything from daystate is good, also rapids and the hw100 would be a good choice.

Some will say the aas410 but i dont like them personaly, too light for me and the bluing is ****,also the bolt is stiff and takes a bit of effort to cock, loads more than your logun.

Almost any pcp will be accurate enough for hunting it just comes down to personal choice,i also own a rws 50 which was made by daystate in .22,i use this for close range work and out to 30yards for squirrels, pigions and rats but always go back to the .177 for long range and accuracy shooting rabbits.
