Shotgunspud
Not posted for 2 weeks due to forgetting the camera on one outing and not going last week, but we DAZ and I had 62 rabbits on one course and I went for a run round on one other course with the .17hrm on a Sunday for 3 hours I shot 9 crows 9 rabbits 2 foxes. (This was all 2 weeks ago) Last weekend, We gave the lamping a brake and went pigeon shooting on one of the farms I shoot, well the game keeper had called me 3 times that week saying pigeon hitting two fields hard, I don’t as a rule shoot them till end of July but if you get the call best to keep them happy… well his hitting the field hard and mine are a little different!! We ended up with 18 so not that hard ah! But Daz had some nice birds just getting his eye in for Wales this year … but nice to get out doesn’t always need to be hundreds. On telling a mate of mine about the number of rabbits we have been getting, he went and asked around some golf clubs he knows and got the thumbs up to shoot one!! his first night out he ended up with this little lot 46… I did say to him go with the 22rim but he went with his .17hrm he did say after if he had the 22rim I would of shot more as he left the ones under 45 yards but there is no telling some people  (Bone Head) but anyway well done Sam nice work mate lots more to come I think. Without Sam's bag on our's Daz and I have had 941 Rabbits fingers crossed for this weekend to hit the 1000 Edited July 8, 2010 by Shotgunspud
12borejimbo
Raking in them bunnies mate, keep at it, strangely enough, I dont see any foxes on my course, loads of badgers, but the shoot I help out on is next to the course and that place was littered with foxes, lol, but you think there would be atleast 1 or 2 floating about. Why dont you shoot pigeons till end of July?
