set ut the other day left magnet on whilst i moved the truck, got back and the magnet was on the floor not moving, when i got there the wires had burnt and split, so now its ******, any one know how i can sort it out, is it as simple as replacing the wires, i no nothing about wires, always done my best to keep away from them, any advise greatfully recieved

If its going to fix then yes replace the wires but as you said the wire burnt through then more internal damage may have happened ?CHECK INSIDE MOTOR. Best replace motor ! less likley to cause more problems ( battery next )if further shorts. Local Car dismantler will sort you out ! but at what price ?

sounds to me like your running to many amps down the wire or should i say your wire aint heavy gauge enough for the battery your using!
