kipper
Hi my son has a Webley & Scott 920J 20g O/U Multi choke shot gun he is thinking of selling. It is just over a year old and has fired less than 100 carts. It was bought new from the 2009 Lincolnshire show. It has a very nice wooden stock. It is a true factory junior gun and has not been shortend to a junior. Any Idea of Value? He is only thinking of selling it due to not using it and he needs a new bike. Thanks Kipper

clayman
Well, as you may know W&S has gone under (again) so their guns have probably taken a bit of a dive in residual values. For the info, these were £575 inc vat in the trade and its likely that residual stock in dealers is now being discounted to near that as there will now be a bit of a question mark over warranty and parts even though Highland Outdoors have taken over the brand name - so a reasonable expectation is going to be in the sub £500 bracket now even for a near new 2nd/h gun. I'd suggest £400 - £450 would make a private sale, but anything much more will stick. Edited September 22, 2010 by clayman
