Shooting syndicate requires new land

i appreciate that almost everyone on PW is looking for land to shoot on. we are a syndicate of 4 friends looking for land to shoot pheasants and the likes, all members are fully insured via BASC and have current SG certs, we are all professionals running our own businesses, we are willing to pay and put down our own birds or just shoot birds that are on your land. ideally land of 300+ acres but something a little smaller may be considered. we currently have land in Angelsea but that takes 2hours + to get to from Manchester. land situated in North Wales or within an hours drive of Manchester.
